Lead Pump is used to transfer Molten lead metal from the refining kettle to the either another pot or to a Ingot casting machine. A lead Pump is immersed into the molten lead in the pot and with the help of impeller at the bottom, Liquid lead will be pumped out. This Lead pump can transfer molten lead at the rate of 10 Tons / Hour, 15 Tons / Hour, 20 Tons per Hour. The Pump comes with Variable frequency drive which can be adjusted to get the required Flow rate. This has many advantages compared to Gravity discharge of Lead for casting. There could be valve failures in the gravity discharge method which would cause the lead spillage in the entire factory Floor. Lead pump prevents occurrence of such mishap.
