Battery Cutting Machine

A battery cutting machine is an equipment which is present in every lead recycling facility. Even if the factory has battery breaking and separation unit, it will still need a battery cutting machine to cut the bigger size batteries into smaller pieces. A battery cutting machine cuts the top of the battery which enables the lead bearing material inside the battery to come off easily out of the battery container. This machine is made up of stainless steel so that it is stands against the acid which will be leaked from the battery scrap. The scrap batteries coming in the factory are of varying sizes. One should note that there is a difference between battery breaking and separation unit and a battery cutting machine. A battery breaking and separation unit will crush the batteries in a hammer mill and separate all the major components of the battery with hydro separation. The components are lead grids and poles, Black paste, polypropylene, polyethylene separators which are also called as heavy plastics. This is an ideal and a safe way of crushing the batteries and separating its components. In case of a battery cutting machine the separation will not be done automatically. A battery breaking and separation unit will attract a bigger investment interns of CAPEX and should match up to the smelting capacity.  On the contrary battery cutting machine is quite inexpensive.
